What is your character's name? Do they like their name? Any special reason they got the name? Do they have nicknames?

- - hmm, you look like you're twenty-one. am i right?

When and where were they born? Don't give a year. How old are they now?

- - so i'm guessing you're in college then? or are you going the job route?

Does your character attend school, work, or both? Where? Do they like their job/school? If in school, how are their grades?

- - well that's good. if you don't mind me asking, how is your love life?

Sexuality? Are they open about this? Any notable relationships, whether current or past? Does anything in particular turn them on or off?

- - ah, i see. i hope i'm not getting too personal, but are you particularly religious?

Is your character religious in any way? Raised in a certain faith perhaps?

- - you know, i just noticed, but you really are quite attractive.

Tell how they look. Important stuff like height and eye color, how they prefer to dress. Do they die their hair or wear glasses? Any birthmarks, tattoos, piercings? etc.

- - so what kind of things just brighten your day?

In paragraph format, at least ten likes.

What is your character like. What are their strengths? Their weaknesses?

What are they afraid of and is there a reason?

What are your character's secrets? What do they hide? Don't just say 'past', go into some kind of detail.

- - wow, that is juicy. so your family, what are they like?

Tell us about any important family members, parents, siblings, etc. Give names, ages, and tell us a bit about them. Don't forget to include the relationship!

- - i guess that's about it. before you go though, could you tell me a bit about your life thus far?

You can either do an extensive history or just share the big moments in their life.

To get the code for the character application, click quote above and make sure to remove the quote tags. Because the app uses justify tags that are a bit glitchy with the tag for a code box, this is the easiest way to do things.

This is an interview application, which means you need to do it in first person. Your thread title should be your character's last name, first, all lowercase. For example, "bailey, ana." Member group options are university student or resident. Beneath the name where is says 'the ?' give your character a title of some sort that tells us something about them. For example, Emily's character Jason tends to frequently injure himself, so he is 'the danger magnet.'
